Same basic premise: Tobirama got isekai'd into Westeros, dropped into the godswood at Winterfell. A young wide-eyed Ned Stark was the first one to fish him out, and Tobirama later stuck to him like a wolf with a bone.
Only, it happens in the Age of Heroes.
