Nirei tracks the way his tongue darts out to soothe over his still busted lip, a slow smirk curling on his face. Can feel Endo shift beneath him, a leg lifting behind him into an inverted v. Endo’s laugh is low, amused, teasing in a way that makes Nirei want to hit him. “If I didn’t know any better I’d think you were hittin’ on me like this.”
Nirei’s brow twitches. Starts to count down from ten before thinking fuck it and bends down enough to headbutt the other man in the jaw.
“Ow, ow, fuck! I’m injured already you brat! What about tender loving care, huh?!”
“Sorry,” Nirei says, tone dry, using the slip of Endo’s grip on his hands to press the towel wrapped bag of peas he’s had in hand their entire time of rough housing like they’re ten year younger than they are, against Endo’s lip, uncaring of his agitated hiss. “Just ran out of it."
Nirei is pretty sure he's always known Endo was a walking red-flag. Unfortunately he's been into it for years now.
