Summary
Robin left her stuff lying around all the time, Steve was used to carrying it around for her. He didn't think any of it would make someone think Steve was gay. And he definitely didn't think pretending to be gay for 10 seconds so he wouldn't have to out Robin as the real gay owner of a bunch of gay books would end with a whole sexuality crisis. This was Robin's fault though, so best to make her deal with it.

His eyes drank in her appearance in a few instants. Her hair was dishevelled and messy. Her eyes were glazed, but bright as she blinked sluggishly up at Steve. Her outfit, a skimpy black dress that was so unlike Robin to wear that Steve done a double take. And heels. Actual high heels. If it weren’t for those trademark blue eyes and the silver chains around her neck, he might have been convinced it was someone else entirely.
But it wasn’t. It was his Robin.
And she was completely and utterly wasted.
OR Robin suffers at the hands of some nasty homophobes and Steve is there to try and make her feel better.

Summary
He was beginning to think he was a secondary character – he could hardly even think the words without vomiting a little in his mouth – in this story. Comedic relief, maybe. That was enough to send anyone into a bit of an identity crisis, he reasoned as he reached for a little plastic bag that one of his clients had forgotten on his bedside table.
A short character study of Felix, because I couldn't stop thinking about how all of those clone shenenigans would have affected him emotionally.
