Summary
The once-city of New York is in ruins. Savage monsters, known to some as yokai, have been terrorizing the city for many years and threaten world domination. Led by Baron Draxum, the mystical realm under the city has broken free, and the warrior alchemist has plans to wipe out the human race. His plans are carried out by four turtle warriors, who have been trained as savage monsters for their entire lives. Small groups of human rebels still remain in the city and are attempting to drive back the invading creatures. However, things are turned on their head when one member of the human resistance is kidnapped.

Summary
In Book 2: The Skeleton Crew, we see our Reader break out of her shell and accept that she is Soulmate to three complicated skele-boys. The boys must learn to share. We’ll find out what happened to Skull all those years ago and why Sans isn’t happy about it. We’ll eat Nice Creams and watch Mettaton and stage a little bit of a prison break.
This is the second story in a series. You could start here… but honestly, you’re going to miss out on a lot of backstory and world-building to our gang of four, Reader, Sans, Red and Skull. I’m going to do my best to fill things in where I can, but it would be better to start with Saving Three Ex-Cell-ent Skeletons.

Summary

Time passes. You hear stories of monsters, Sirens in the water, one that is a good omen if spotted, promising your safe voyage as long as you respect the rules of the ocean, and one that sinks ships and eats people for fun. Just folktales meant to scare children.
A decade later, they return the favor, though they don't plan on leaving you so easily this time.
