Dib sits a few feet away, knees tucked up under his chin. The human has developed the habit of bringing books along to read aloud for when they both inevitably end up bored, but he’s not reading them now, electing to keep an eye on Zim instead.

Lance pushed back from his seat with a groan and gathered his things—textbook, notebook, pencil case—moving them around the table to Keith’s side. Keith assumed he’d bring his chair with him, maybe drag it up beside him, sit close enough for their knees to knock under the table but nothing more.
Instead, Lance walked right up to him, set his stuff down, and—without hesitation—plopped himself down directly in Keith’s lap.
Keith froze.
“You’re… sitting. On me.”
“Yeah,” Lance said casually. “Your chair’s more comfortable.”

Dipper and Dib tumbled together in a heap, rolling to a stop on the grass. Dipper shook the vision off, blinking a few times. He looked down to see Dib underneath him, gazing back up at him with those strange burnt amber eyes behind circular glasses.
“You okay?” Dib asked. A little piece of grass rested on his glasses lens.
Dipper glowered and clambered off of him, brushing leaves off his clothes.
“Don’t look in its eyes,” Dib said from ground.
“Yeah, I got that,” Dipper grumbled.
