Summary
Edge, Kage, CasCu, and Alter have finally made it back to the Chronos Kingdom. Unfortunately, the dangers facing the Emiya family have hardly faded. The Rebellion still plots to overthrow the kingdom. Backstabbing nobles are waiting in the wings to snatch up any power they can in the fallout. Kiritsugu is dying, and soon, Emiya will have to take the crown. May their shitty luck stats finally give them a good day, and help them survive the coming storm....

Standing upon Mash’s shield was a massive metallic spider, made up of black and gray metal patterned like wood, each ball joint, rivet, and eye blazing bright bloody red. Its mandibles fluttered, the fangs flashing in the weak light. In the small space, the spider’s legs were pushed inwards, abdomen curled awkwardly to fit. Gudao gaped, jaw swinging, eyes moving up the spiders face, to where the top of the head connected to a metallic torso.
“I am called Kashin Koji,” the person attached to the spider said. They leaned forwards slightly, tipping their head as they stared at Gudao and Mash. Eyes - one blazing red, the other a duller green - framed by silver metallic hair flickered back and forth between them. “As long as I have this temporary life, I will sErVe you. Use me as you seEeeEe fit hereafter.”
Alternatively: Kashin Koji is Summoned to Novum Chaldea to find a family they didn't know existed. Danzo tries to settle in the understanding that for once, everyone she cares about is in one location. Kotarou (both variations) tries to survive a spider Insisting they're his grandparent. Tomoe is stuck watching this trainwreck from the sidelines ... or so she thinks.

Diarmuid Ua Duibhne’s first real, definite sensation was the cool air on his skin and the chill of the stone floor he was on. Even before fully materializing, he was kneeling before his master. Before his lord. His first breaths were used to speak his first words. “I am Diarmuid Ua Duibhne, Knight of Fianna, also known as Diarmuid of the Love Spot. I ask you, are you my master?”
The man in front of him was middle aged, balding, cold eyed, and was in what looked to be an expensive suit. The command seals on his hand were blood red, violently obvious against his pale skin. He straightened, smiling, and said “You may rise, Knight of Fianna. I am Lord Alexander Humphrey, and I am your master.”

Summary
The demon looked at Edge’s crossbow, before looking at Edge’s face. His pupils were split, narrowed like slits, and the sclera around his iris’ a darkened grey. There was no expression clearly obvious on his face, but there was something in his voice that reminded Edge of a growl from some wild, predatory animal.
“Do you know what you have done, little prince?”
Edge’s crossbow didn’t waver. His voice was just as flat as that of the demon’s. “Enlighten me.”
“You killed the man I was bound to,” the demon said. He moved his hand to rip the remainder of the bolt from his palm, and tossed it to the floor with a derisive flick. Blood gushed slowly over his palm. “So now, I am bound to you.”
Alternatively: Edge is currently on the trail of his kidnapped brother. Alter's a demon whose been struck by a centuries long curse. And now, they're stuck together.

“Can you even talk?” Starscream asks bluntly, lifting a servo to check his talons. After a beat of silence, he looks back up. The mech, Soundwave, was it?, nods once, curt and simple.
Starscream rolls his optics.
Ugh. Soldiers are always so dull.
“Speak.” He commands.
“Soundwave: fully capable of speech, Prince Starscream.” Soundwave says, voice low and electronic.
Starscream arches an optic ridge.
“Good boy.” He muses. “I suppose you make a decent enough guard cyber-dog. Do you know other tricks, too?” He cocks his helm, smirking. “Fetch, maybe? Shake?”
Soundwave says nothing.
“Let’s try something simple, dog.” Starscream shifts over on the berth and condescendingly pats the spot beside him. “Sit.”
