After the award ceremony, Jax commits himself to making Pomni hate him, for both their sakes. But when he's paired up with Kinger, he realizes he can get a few things off his chest. It's not like Kinger will remember. And even if he does, who'd believe him?
Pomni decides to help Ragatha break free of her people-pleasing nature and finally stand up for herself.
Caine, wishing to be free of the restrictions built into his code, leaves a trail of breadcrumbs for Zooble and Gangle.
Harrowing revelations about the nature of their reality are uncovered as the administrator oversees all. The circus has left town, but the show is not over.

Summary
Kinger managed to lay his hands on the computer minutes earlier in the episode, which may not make that big of a difference thinking about it, but in that state of shock after everything went wrong like a domino effect, it did do a bigger difference than the cast thought.
He only needed to modify one last thing to make Caine fall asleep( or shut him down) temporarily, and then he could fix his code more calmly and with more time. But something, or someone, prevented him from doing it the normal way.
He clicked enter to confirm the temporary shutdown of the AI, which should be immediately, or a little seconds later.. Then, why did it showed he needed to wait 10 minutes to make it fully work?
Kinger couldn't believe it.
10 minutes Kinger needed to wait for the plan to fully work. But, will the computer last during these minutes?
Caine, on the other hand, already noticed Kinger's absence. This time, he, in fact, did something about it. He didn't lost time arguing.

Summary
The Amazing Digital Circus. A place of limitless questions, never answered. Except there were two beings who were there from the start. The Creator and the Creation. King and Ringmaster. Kinger and Caine. They were the only ones who knew why the circus was created... and where it all went so wrong.
...At least, they should have known. But the code rewrote itself beyond recognition, allowing emotions and feelings to emerge in a digital heart. A tool became a person, it became self aware, became happy, angry, aware of its own desires... aware of its limits.
And with it, everything warped and twisted, spun and broke, until even they couldn't understand what had happened. Still, guilt and loathing found its way, bottled up for years, just waiting to explode.

Upon finding the exit, Kinger realised he’d have to leave Caine behind. He had already dealt with knowing he couldn’t get his wife back, but he couldn’t imagine life without Caine anymore. So.. he comes up with a way to take him too.
Au if episode 8 just didn’t happen
But also bubble is dead for some reason (I couldn’t be bothered to write him into it but I’ll make it a plot point somehow)
Also ignore how logistically this makes no sense, it’s fanfic what did you expect
I’m not a scientist idk how artificial transplant shit works (I know this wouldn’t tho)
Pls don’t attack me, I’m aware that this isn’t a thing that can physically happen, I’m just writing it because I thought it was a cool concept also I love human aus of everything.

Summary
basically; 3rd person omniscient story about how everyone leaves the circus after resetting caine's memory and lives in a neighborhood together. AU where they were recruited by C&A from the hospital; so they were all in the hospital with some illness before joining the circus.
Once they escape, kinger imports caine into his computer, and gives him a ringmaster AI friend, Bubble. (who doesn't realize shes doing more harm than good. basically roles reversed, the power gets to Bubble's head)
there's a lot of mental health struggles and angst, idk this was just for funsies, i'm not the best writer. mainly focuses on their life outside of the circus, and their struggles with health complications, death, memories of the circus, mental health struggles, etc.
(also I've never used this site before but I'm hoping I did good with the tags and title and all that stuff)

Caine and his daughter have just moved to a new suburb in a new town as far as he can get from the suspicions that are following him. Not to say the police were on the wrong trail, but he's not particularly fond of getting caught. He of course plans to continue his work as soon as he can, but unfortunately a new neighbor with stunning blue eye is becoming quite the distraction.
Soon he finds himself in a careful balancing act between his daughters need, his attraction to the girl-dad down the street, and his own twisted cravings for the people who have hurt him. And the main problem with distractions, is that they make it easy to get sloppy. The only question is, who will catch him first: the police, the ten year old, or the man he's falling hopelessly in love with?

Let Kinger do the same thing that got him in this mess to begin with, code. Kinger hesitantly, but forcefully, is back in his old shoes. Typing, problem solving, patiently working on every line like an artist would with his craft. But Caine gets bored. Unable to sit still, he takes a try at it and royally fucks everything up.
