With Mayday’s dire condition continuing to deteriorate and his own terribly timed heat fast approaching, Crosshair comes up with a desperate idea during their treacherous journey through Barton IV’s unforgiving tundra: If he mates with Mayday, he might be able to prolong his life just long enough to get him back to the outpost for the medical attention he so urgently needs.

Confused and angry at himself by his willingness to submit, Hunter and the Batch discover that their lives are about to get more complicated as Hunter begins to show signs of transformation from an Alpha to an Omega on their long return flight back to Kamino
The Batch must work together in a completely different way to help their leader but even if they get Hunter through his first ever heat without them all going mad, can they really return back home and the very likely prospect of further medical experimentation by the Kaminoans?

Echo could breathe easier now that his brothers and sister were safe once more, the ones he called family, far from the clutches of the Empire. But he would never be able to settle until all of his vode were able to make the same choice as his family, the choice to live a life of their own. For now though, Echo was just grateful to spend some time with his vod'ike.
