When he was a child, Hizashi thought he could be a hero. His quirk, after all, was exceptional. Abrasive, powerful, and oh, so dangerous. One would think that was the perfect combination for a powerful hero. In many ways, it probably was, except that it was gifted to none other than Hizashi, with his loud personality and outbursts of energy that could take down buildings.
Maybe he was never meant to be a hero.

Hitoshi is in his last year of college. He hasn’t spent a single second at a college party ever. However, that was about to change. His friend had tricked him into attending the start of the year party. As much as he complained when he found out, he stayed anyway.
That was when he had met Denki Kaminari through one of his friend’s childhood friend/bully. He was short, and blond, and had the yellowest eyes Hitoshi had ever seen on someone, but there was something different about him, whether it was in the way he acted like Hitoshi was prey and he was the predator. It may have been something in his drink, Hitoshi had never seen a drink that red before. Whatever it was, Hitoshi was completely hypnotized.
He didn’t notice who he was actually talking to until there were fangs at his neck.

Poe walked into the airport, dragging his suitcase around as he unenthusiastically explained the situation to Ranpo.
"Apparently," He wrote, "An ability-related incident happened a few days ago and the house Fitzgerald provided me with over in Yokohama was completely destroyed during it."
"So you have nowhere to go?" Ranpo shot back almost instantly.
"It seems so," He sighed and tapped 'send' once more, exhaustion slowly creeping in at the mere thought of how long the flight back to Japan would end up being, "I'd look for a hotel to stay in but I doubt there's going to be any rooms available in such short notice."
"You and Karl can stay over."
Poe stopped walking. He read, reread, then rereread the message, letting go of his luggage and immediately typing back, this time with both hands, "Are you sure?? I mean, we're rivals, Ranpo...! What if I decided to kill you in your sleep? Or trap you in yet another one of my novels??"
"You wouldn't," Now that's just inaccurate. Poe could a hundred percent do it, he frowned, "Plus, it'd be fun, right? Like a sleepover."
"A sleepover?"
"Yeah. A very long sleepover."

Dazai and Chuuya are getting married in two weeks and wedding planning is going crazy. As Dazai's best man, Ranpo is somewhat required to at least try and be involved in this wedding. That means he does, in fact, have to attend the joint bachelor party.
It's such a shame he doesn't enjoy parties that much. They're crowded and drunk people are loud and crazy. The food is alright but the socializing is exhausting. Oh yeah, and Yosano keeps trying to get him to meet this man she SWEARS he's gonna like.

Ranpo was honestly planning to sleep through the entire show.
He wasn’t even going to go in the first place, but Atsushi had promised to buy him whatever he wanted from the bakery near the school if Ranpo went with him. Atsushi heard from his classmates that Akutagawa, his “mortal enemy,” had painted the sets for the show, and Atsushi wanted to make fun of them. He couldn’t do that without seeing the sets, obviously, so he had begged Ranpo to go with him.
Thus Ranpo, the ever magnanimous senior he was, agreed to go with Atsushi (but only after it was established that he could get anything from the bakery).

The invitation did hold an option of a Plus One and it would be beneficial to have the detective somewhere he could monitor him. He sighed a weary sigh that Ranpo just knew meant he was considering to give in. With a beaming smile, Ranpo chimed "Thanks President, I knew you'd see things my way!" and walked out the office. He's handled Ranpo for just over 12 years, he could handle 2 weeks.
Edogawa Ranpo and Fukuzawa Yukichi have gone one a cruise sponsored by one of Fukuzawa's former clients from his bodyguarding days. It seemed that they were going to have a nice typical mini vacation as they head towards the Philipines but this gets grinded to a halt the moment a wealthy heiress on board gets murdered.
Ranpo would have to use his detective skills and keep his wits about him in order to solve the case and find the murderer in time before more people got killed or worse, before a rival detective figures out whodunnit first.Bookmarked by Goonist
