Each chapter is a date that Impulse and Tango go on, their relationship and how they change with each other, the alternative title being: 5 times they went on a date, and the 1 time they kissed.This work is part 2 in Restoring Faith, so I suggest you read the first part for context, but its not 100% necessary!

Summary
He was just one person in a sea of people, unknown to everyone, and everyone was unknown to him. Somehow, he liked it that way, and so, continued to squeeze past pairs attempting to chat to one another, having human contact for a fleeting moment before it was gone once more. He ducked under waving arms following the beat, skirted around held drinks, and finally reached his destination.
Contains angst, mentions of alcohol used as a coping mechanism, a focus on regretting one's life choices, and how easily things can turn around. Maybe spending the night in a club wasn't such a bad idea after all.
As always, these are their characters, not the irl Impulse and Tango

Summary
The only thing heard in the silent and solemn living room was the steady beep of a countdown timer, flashing a bright, dangerous red on the screen of the TV. Tango just stared at it from his spot on the couch, lost in his thoughts of death. He ignored the way his back protested from the angle he was half lying at, as that fact didn’t seem worthy enough to be thinking about when he had literal minutes until he didn’t exist anymore.
