Wakanda’s palace was a bustle of voices and truth be told, he wasn’t happy to arrive two hours ago, even after spending two weeks in space because Nebula’s ship had been damaged during the fight on Titan. He imagined he should have been relieved to get to Earth. Should have been more than happy to get off the ship. But he wasn’t quite right, then. He wasn’t right.
Not a lot was.
He could hear them through the walls, even from the shower. People talking, everyone inside. Trying to figure out what to do while Tony let the hot water burn his skin, scalding, from a shower and washing away his fucking child’s ashes. Like…non-existence and never-existence were being washed down the drain and Tony imagined his son being washed away like that.

It’s been a few days since The Favorite Character Awards.
Pomni has been through a number of bizarre things during her time in the circus. Candy truck chases, angel head horrors, minimum wage labor, athletic events, gun-filled battle royales. But none of these come close to what she witnesses on a seemingly innocent day full of beach-filled fun: Caine attempting to take his own life.
After managing to stop him, Pomni takes it upon herself (and is borderline forced to by Bubble) to help keep Caine’s mental state intact by engaging in improvised therapy sessions with him. After all, if Caine died, what would happen to the circus? And to the humans that lived within it? This was her only concern at first. But as Caine opens up to her more through these sessions, she realizes just how much the AI is hurting and how long he has been harboring these negative emotions.
Turns out Caine needs more help than she thought.
He's just as trapped in this game as they are. And worse.

On a road trip to Louisiana and on to, perhaps, a new life free of Hannibal’s influence, Will and Abigail learn who the other is now, Abigail sort-of gets a new dad, and Will wonders if love with Hannibal can be anything but a slaughterhouse floor.
(Or, in which Abigail isn’t a suitable substitute for therapy but maybe a fed-up teenager getting him to face his feelings is what he needs anyways. Abigail just wants to live and maybe kiss a girl.)
