A splash in the water, a glimpse of scales, splattering Tim with water, and Tim realized abruptly he was being played with. Helpless, on his little floating island. The options were easy to narrow down as to what decided to toy with Tim. Scales were a dead giveaway, since Tim couldn’t think of a fish that would decide to harass him.A storm leaves Tim helpless, clinging to the wreckage of his boat. It's the perfect opportunity for revenge.

He’s not like other kids, though, because he has a tail instead of legs, and brilliant white scales where skin should be. And that's ok! He might look different from other kids, but on the inside, he’s just like them.
