Summary
A bunch of alternate universe fics revolving around the Little Devil Darling, his friends, and their creators.
Warnings:
-The majority of stories in this series will be Happy AUs, or at least Happier ones. Also, there will be very little angst/few bad endings for the few non-Good AU works. If anyone suffers in one of those stories, it will most likely be Joey, Bertrum, or Wilson. I don't think I need to explain why.
-"Canon"/common fanon can choke on expired bacon soup. To paraphrase Nick Fury: “I recognize that theMeatly has made a decision, but given that it’s a stupid-ass decision, I have elected to ignore it.”
(This is especially true for Chapter 5, as the lack of happy endings = complete and utter $@#%%&+!)

“Oi, he was my grandson before he was your son,” Garp retorted.
Silence. Absolute silence encompassed the whole ship.

“I’m here to visit you, you ungrateful brat,” Garp shouted.
“I don’t want you to visit, you crazy old man,” Ace shouted back.

Ready to hear what Rouge wanted him to hear, yet still afraid of what he’ll hear, Ace picked up the tone dial and pressed the button. He listened in awe as he heard his parents’ voices for the first time in his life.

Summary
For as long as Marco has known him, Ace has been standoffish. He's never deliberately cruel, but he's always been closed off from the rest of the crew. The walls he's built around himself are something they've all come to accept. The sky is blue, the sea is too, and yeah. Their youngest member is a little defensive and mean sometimes.
Or at least, he is until Monkey D. Luffy crashes onto their deck, all rambunctious laughter and stretchy limbs. Ace may be a pirate now, but he was a doting big brother first.
