Summary
"Just" Hazel Lou recently heard from around the block that the Gotham City Police kicked out a bunch of squatters from an abandoned building east of Crime Alley, and she wants to go check it out and see if there's anything that got left behind they could steal. Danny thinks it's a terrible idea, as does the rest of their ragtag group of street rats.
Too bad Hazel Lou doesn't care what they think, and wants to go check it out anyways. With OR without them. And because Danny is sooo nice, he goes with her to make sure she doesn't get herself killed, or worse.
But, once inside, this doesn't look like a busted tent city... Hazel Lou, when did this happen? No- no, when did the bust happen, not when you heard about it. You don't know? Well, this looks like a hideout, we need to get out of here before the people using it come back—

Summary
Danny wasn't sure what to do with his life (Half-life? Death?) anymore, but maybe the joining Justice League will be just what he needs.
Now Danny just has to overcome Batman's paranoia and show him that he's more than a sassy, overpowered entity, fight off Wonder Woman's worry, and deal with Superman's cowardice. Luckily Flash is pretty cool, even if he can't keep a secret.
What's that, oh now there are ghost attacks... Great, guess it's his problem now. And here comes his unresolved trauma knocking on the door along with his hero complex and a boatload of guilt. Sure, being Ghost King is a lot, along with being a superhero, but surely things will work themselves out. High King Phantom isn't here right now, but Director Phantom of the Infinite Realms IRS and Infinite Realms Criminal Investigation Division is hard at work... and he really needs to deal with the 'Justice League' because somehow they are constantly messing with the timeline, making deals for their souls, and being a general pain in the rear. Ancient help him, this needs to stop.

By the end of the week, Danny wasn’t sure what kind of asylum he’d crawled into.
The butler tried to feed him. (He didn’t eat human food anymore. The man looked so sad when Danny refused the soup that Danny almost felt guilty.)
Someone strung up crosses in the attic. (Danny ignored them. But when they brought up putting in Christmas lights? He hissed on instinct and nearly melted through the floorboards.)
The angry sword kid tried to evict him again. Danny iced him into a snowdrift in the corner. (Not his fault if he kept coming back.)
The insomniac came back with a stethoscope, for some reason. He pressed it against the casket lid and muttered about “no heartbeat.” Danny gave one loud, dramatic snore in response.
All Danny wanted was one thing. Just one.
Sleep.
Was that so hard?
Apparently, in this house, yes.
Or,
Danny just wanted a nap, but instead he got a nosy family and a stuffed bat named Steve.

Jason was not happy to wake trapped in the rubble of the abandoned mall they'd been searching. And trapped with Tim? That was a disaster in the making, right? And then he got a look at the kid and all he felt was horror.
They needed to get Tim out fast, but how? The rubble was too unstable, threatening to crush them both completely even as those above tried to reach them. Sometimes help comes from unexpected sources.
