Yelena is happy to come back to her house now that her objective is finally done. She can live peacefully with her best friend Kate, her friends Bucky, Sam & even Pepper when she comes with her little "Momo". The blonde's also happy that she finally get to live with her older sister and her "soon-to-be-girlfriend" Maria (Kate and Clint's words, not hers).
So you could say that everything is fine. Still, she doesn't feel complete.
