Summary

Summary
“It's ok, I'm not gonna hurt you. My name is Phil, I'm a doctor.”
Faint shuffling came from behind a dumpster to his left and from the darkness appears two glowing red eyes.
“You took a Hippocratic oath,” they say seriously.
“Sure did,” Phil agrees, looking over the kid now in front of him. Their long pink hair is the first thing that grabs Phil's attention but as he searches for any sign of an injury, he just notices the very recognisable suit they wear.
It's hard for Phil to connect the notorious villain Blood God and this scared and injured kid in his mind but while he might lack self preservation, he's also not a complete idiot.
OR: Phil's never been fond of superhero's but after saving a villains life he gets way too caught up in their world for his liking and things are worse than they seem.
OR OR: Phil might have just gotten kidnapped by villain teens and made into a father.

“I got something on my face or some shit?” Tommy bit out at Wilbur, cutting Philza off with little care. He’d be lucky to get beaten by him right in front of Sam because then they’d finally fucking leave.
For a second he expected Wilbur not to respond, but then his eyes widened like he realized what he’d been doing before it was back to a blank stare. “Your face is all fucked up.” He said simply.
“Wilbur.” Philza hissed, and Tommy could see from the corner of his eye as Techno rapidly brought the book back up to his face.

Tommy is a notorious foster kid no one is sure what to do with. When Phil signs up to foster again, he wasn’t prepared for a kid to be dropped off on his doorstep so soon, one with that extensive of a record to his name. Techno and Wilbur do their best to be good (foster) brothers, but Tommy is a bit different than what they expected.
And Tommy just wants a break, but can't seem to catch one with the weird ass family he's being fostered by, and somewhere along the way begrudgingly starts to care.

Tommy got too close to Dream's blast in Logstedshire, and his sight disappeared. At first, he expected it to come back (It always had before), but it didn't and now he had to learn how to live with it, maybe with help from his older brother Techno (That is if he actually told him).

There was a call.
It was a cry for help.
A small voice carried through the wind, pleading to be heard. Every evening it would repeat, sometimes screaming, sometimes a terrified mumble.
Gossip spread quickly, whispers amongst dark feathers, agitation in beady black eyes. They were furious at the world’s refusal to listen, to help the soul. Their father chose to remain oblivious, either out of denial or apathy.
So they went to their mother.
In the dead of night, a murder flew up into the sky, screaming and demanding that the call be heard.
A goddess listened.
______Tommy is in exile, and he begins to notice some changes. Amidst his confusion relating to what's happening to him, the teen finds the help he's been looking for in the form of a family who're fully willing to support him through these difficult times. Their actions make the boy second-guess his relationship with Dream, while his family is desperate to prove how much they love him.

Phil doesn’t cry.
But as he stands before Tommy, his shoulders shaking, and his eyes shining in the moonlight, he’s about as close as he gets to it. Tommy reaches up to grab his hand with his smaller ones. He hadn’t meant to make him sad.
He just wanted to tell him how much he missed his dad!
How he didn’t mind dying if it meant Phil would be his family again.
“You’re not supposed to be this…this small. Is this how bad we failed you?” It’s barely said over a whisper. Tommy has to strain his ears to even make out the words.
“I promise Tommy,” Phil says his eyes growing a fire in them. “We’re going to make this right. We’ll make it go away.”
And under the snowfall of the arctic winds. Tommy can’t help but believe him.

It's one thing to not like heroes because of Dream, his shitface brother who's done nothing but abuse and neglect him. It's another thing to save Techno, The Blood God also known as his brother's mortal enemy, when he finds him near to death in a back alley.
