Summary
Tommy was known on the server for being loud, annoying, attention-grabbing, and passionate. He followed Wilbur around loyaly until the man died, and was rumored to be his little brother. But Wilbur wasn't exactly his brother, and there was a reason Tommy had to make himself the loudest in the room.
And when the day comes in exile where Dream may have robbed Tommy of his loudness, he finds himself with a different set of goals, and with different company. Someone with a past they've been robbed of, and a greater mystery entangled with it that threatens the existence and well-being of the server as a whole.
Tommy really can't seem to stop playing hero, now can he?

Everybody knew about the tiny apartment on the East End of L'manberg, hiding in a far corner of the lower districts.
A place everyone was welcome, regardless of their given title.
Where villains could come for medical treatment.
Where mafia goons and bosses could rest without the need to look over their shoulders.
Where vigilantes and heroes could have a nice chat over tea.
Where treatment (and treats) were given out freely.Where societal tags (and their due expectations) were shot and murdered at the front door.
And if you ignored this rule, you too were shot and murdered at the front door.
By whom was a gamble.Everybody knew about the tiny apartment on the East End of L'manberg.
Everybody also knew that if you touched any of the occupants, well...
You'd have the entirety of super-powered society (underground and otherwise) gunning for your head.Tommy Innit, the owner of said apartment, lived quite the interesting life.

Tommy doesn't like their newest foster home. It's not that the family were bad, if they were he'd tell his older brother Techno and they'd be out by the week's end, but Tommy just… doesn't gel well there. Doesn't fit in or enjoy his time with his new foster family.

It all felt like a bad joke: Four demigods walk into Camp Jupiter with an outcast wolf-boy and no memories. One of them gets claimed by two gods, one gets claimed by a virgin goddess, and the other two… well. Annabeth couldn't decide if them being claimed was better or worse for them all.
"What does it mean?" someone muttered, and she turned to find everyone staring at Percy with wide eyes. Percy looked equally shocked while staring blankly at the sword in his hand. Jason swallowed, taking a step back as his lips curled in disgust.
"It means he's a god," he said. Percy shook his head. Jason's eyes flicked to where the rest of them were standing. His eyes met Annabeth's, and she felt her stomach twist when his expression hardened. "They all are."

Summary
Theseus, who didn’t know about him? He was the snarky hero that went from sitting in the medbays of the underground hero complex of Pogtopia, healing every hero that came in injured to fighting with the best heroes L’manberg had ever seen. He was a legend, an influence, and he always worked for the greater good!
Tommy wished that was how he saw himself too. Ice cold water dripped around him, his body screaming from the pain of the fall, though his power worked to fix him.
He couldn’t think of himself as the hero. Not as his hands stitched together the bruised and cut body of the one and only villain Siren. With both their breathing was shallow, near close to death, Tommy would be damned if he didn’t think the other was questioning why he was doing this. Even Tommy didn’t know.
Tommy was no hero, not after he had saved the life of Siren.
Or: Healer hero Tommy saves villain Wilbur and neither of them know how to handle that.

Tommy doesn't know what he is. He has never seen anyone with powers like his, which is why he has to hide them. He hates it. He hates how his mood is affected by the weather and his energy mostly comes from sunlight. He hates the empty, exhausted feeling he gets after healing Sapnap for the third time in a week.
Something about his life has always made him feel empty. It could be from hiding. It could be from his loneliness. Or it could be from his night 'job'. He doesn't care enough to figure it out.

It’s hard not to stare, gaze lifting to dirty blond hair and a small smile, features so tantalizingly perfect that they render George breathless. Eyes widen, the boys smile growing, and Sapnap’s brother was not meant to be hot, that was never a part of the plan.

When Tommy was by himself, in his house, he sometimes inspected his infection. It was morbidly fascinating, this strange disease he had contracted. Sometimes he even thought it was almost beautiful.
As mesmerized as he was, he knew it wasn’t right. People weren’t meant to have moss grow on their shoulders, or ivy crawl up their forearms, or flowers and mushrooms and leaves grow in their hair. And so he watched them grow, feeling a mix between disgusted and amazed—sublime.

or, tommy isn’t really sick, but he’s developed a bit of a ‘problem’ after his revival, and he assumes it must be some sort of illness. he tries his best to hide the plants that now grow from his body, but he can’t hide them from everyone.
