It’s been about one week.
One week since Steve and Nancy broke up after she called their whole relationship bullshit. One week since she immediately moved on with Jonathan Byers. It’s been one week since Hell returned to Hawkins, one week since monsters roamed through the town causing havoc, and one week since they blew up the tunnels. Steve’s finally got the O.K. from the doctor to go back to school and start moving forward again, and he doesn’t feel ready at all.
