Well, no one was surprised that she had worked herself to death.
However, instead of remaining dead, she's been reincarnated into a novel she was reading/glancing at on and off as the "Good for Nothing Old Maid" niece of a rich family.
The character she's been born into was only ever a mention, as an example of what happens to women who wait too long to marry.
Now she lives in a mansion by herself in the countryside where she has more money at her disposal than she's owned in a lifetime, far away from people and obligations, with servants to do all the cleaning and primping.
No paperwork, no one to impress or take care of, and no one coming to bother her. Not even expected to come to overly lavish events.

Summary
Leon is convinced to go on a trip to the ever-snowy mountains of Nibelheim where the sun never shines through, which means as vampires they can enjoy a whole day of light without burning thanks to the thick clouds. Leon is mildly intrigued, but also unenthused. They eventually widdle him down until he agrees... and then during the trip he takes a terrible fall and breaks his leg. Vampires can't feel the cold, but they are essentially walking corpses. If he doesn't find help or a way to warm up soon, his body will lock up and he could remain stuck but conscious for an eternity...
Good thing he fell near a wolf's den. Maybe.

But one day he finds a crack in the wall, which turns out to be a door. Not one to turn down an adventure of any sort, the little brunette walks in and discovers what his aunt and uncle are trying to hide.

To end the chaos, the planet Nede (once thought to be a wandering energy body) revealed itself, and then used it's incredible technology to take over. It seemed like a blessing, but their rule was strict. After some time, the planets felt their freedom had been taken and threatened to rebel. Nede, to avoid another disaster, worked on a compromise--something that would allow them to loosen their grip, but still ensure peace...
Star Rangers, a non-military enforcement team that could act as the buffer between planets. Each unit would be stationed on Nede, but would be run by a vast array of officers from all across the Galaxy.
A set of laws were agreed upon, and since then things seemed to have worked... Mostly.

Summary
Sora keeps refusing physical therapy to help his legs after an injury that leaves him feeling hopeless. Leon is his uncle who keeps pushing him to try--after all, Sora is only ten with plenty of life and opportunity left. The doctors say he needs to get started now or things will only get worse, but Sora still refuses.
Finally annoyed with his family's constant pushing, Sora declares he has as much chance undergoing physical therapy as Leon does winning the Mr. Romantic competition... Which Leon takes seriously. He says he would do exactly that if Sora promises he really will undergo physical therapy. Sora agrees, they shake hands, and to Sora's surprise Leon actually enters.
Certainly he has the muscle and looks to compete, but "Mr. Romantic" also requires charm, good social skills, and being able to control one's anger no matter how annoying and/or pushy the press or public become.
