Summary
Waking up at home was like waking up from a nightmare. One that he’d lived for two years.
He remembered. Everything that had stayed out of his reach for so long he could remember. He was Izuku Midoriya, his moms name was Inko, he was from Japan in the year 22xx, and there were no pokémon here. There were no Wardens or Nobels, No Galaxy Team or Bandits or Volo, No Legends, No Akari.
He was never going to see them again.

Upon completing the Pokédex, Arceus keeps it's end of the bargain and returns Izuku to his home at the very moment he left. With no warning of this, Izuku struggles to grapple with a modern world he only so recently remembered. His friends he made in Hisui are a world away in the distant past, all but dead now. His whole world has tilted and everything feels uncertain
But he has his team. He has his memories, and his mom back.
Izuku will be a hero. Of that, there is little doubt.

Corbeau had always enjoyed a good puzzle. Whether it be jigsaw, a word game, or even a nice sudoku to do before bed, he would often find himself engaging with such frivolities. Of course, that meant it was only natural when a living, breathing puzzle landed directly in his lap, he had to try figuring it out.
Or: times that the Syndicate Boss encountered a tall stranger and just had to understand him more.

When Elesa travels to Sinnoh for a fashion tour she's expecting to miss her friends and family for the two weeks she'll be abroad. She certainly doesn't expect Ingo to show up backstage. Or for Emmet to be even less communicative than usual while she tries to figure things out. Or for the whole event to turn into a balancing act between her friendships, her professional career, and her personal sanity. Luckily she's pretty good at managing things and Ingo is supporting her too, just as she supports him. Summary
Akari and her twin brother were orphans. When Rei dissapeared she worried they would never meet again. Now in Hisui, they have a dad and each other. Arceus decides it only needs one faller now and Ingo can’t leave a child behind (and won’t separate the twins).
Akari and Rei are sent to Unova to find Emmet who is conflicted but knows he has to take care of his new niece and nephew to the best of his abilities. They are easy to fall in love with and having some answers after five long years is great- he just wishes Ingo was with them (and that the stories they tell him of Hisui weren't so upsetting).
He also wishes the children would stop trying to fist-fight the wild animals. He reallllly wishes they would stop fist-fighting wild animals.
There are many, many, reasons he is relieved when Ingo gets home- one is that he’s looking forward to having help with keeping the kids out of danger… until Ingo talks them down from chasing and wrestling a giant dragon, only to start fighting it himself.
Aka) Akari and Rei (who are twins) show up in Nimbasa with no family (other than Ingo, apparently) and Emmet does his best to care for them until Ingo finishes the Pokédex and is allowed home.

In the Pearl Clan there was a legend that said the souls of humans that were unjustly killed would come back as Zoroark. They would haunt the land seeking revenge for the cruelty and injustice they suffered through during the final hours of their human life. Ingo had never thought much of the legend. Yet, as he lay on the ground bleeding to death while clinging to the dead body of his daughter that legend was the only thing going through his head. He was dying. His child was dead. Any hopes of reigning his memories, and finding the man in white was gone. Everything had been ripped away from Ingo and his child when they were killed to fulfill the orders of a man fearful of the two strangers from the rift. In Ingo's last moments he is filled with rage and sorrow, and he wonders if this is how the Zoroark of legends felt as they died only to come back as vengeful spirits. He wonders if he will come back as one as well. Ingo and Akari's deaths have consequences for all of Hisui. Without them the rift isn't fixed, the clans relationship with the Galaxy Team breaks, and a Zoroark haunts the land searching for revenge for him and his child. Hisui's only hope lies with a man in white who falls from the rift. A man named Emmet.

Aka- Giratina, in its frenzy, sets Ingo’s course to Hisui. Without considering what it is doing, a part of it that is still calm grabs Ingo, dooming him. It gets attached and offers to make him a new body, understanding that it will be flawed but willing to try.Giratina tries its best and it’s able to save almost all of Ingo's face but it does not get his body right, as it lacks a lot of understanding about humans and how they work. But hey! Ingo is alive. That’s surely a good thing because it means he can eventually reunite with his family.
(This au that has totally taken my brain over and Ingo gets to be a little uncanny and cosmically horrifying as a treat.)
