Cas had spent the last two years desperate to hold Dean’s attention. Right when he felt they might be getting somewhere, Dean was called away on an emergency. Of course he had to go and lament about his troubles to a random tree, thanks to a distracting plaque inviting the public to participate in a new town project. To his surprise, he seems to hit it off— completely anonymously of course— with Western Red Cedar #2409.
Through a ridiculous series of coincidences, it could be the best thing that ever happened to either of them.

A road trip along scenic, historical Route 66 lands them in a ‘living Ghost town’ in northern Arizona, but what started out as a short layover to enjoy the local entertainment quickly develops into something more sinister when a couple of teens go missing. The Winchesters join in the hunt for the missing kids and soon find themselves on a case that’s bizarre, even for them; a case that could’ve come straight out of one of the sci-fi movie matinees that Dean used to drag Sam to as a kid.- Language:

The 141 knows very little about humans. They're fearsome, dangerous creatures from an even worse planet. The few expeditions foolish enough to get close disappeared entirely. The one report salvaged from a lucky ship, a long time ago, isn't really helping.
