Summary
It all gets mixed together when Yeonjun pulls him in for a hug. Fears, stupid decisions, colorful fireworks up in the sky, loud sounds, surfing, Yeonjun in the golden glow, blue and orange cocktails, Yeonjun’s hand on his thigh, the waitress, missed calls — it tangles into one big tight knot in his chest, one that Beomgyu doesn’t know what to do with.
Is love always like this?
(Alt: On their third anniversary Beomgyu decides to play a prank on his boyfriend in hopes to finally stop him from telling everyone that love only lasts three years. He takes a random flight to Hawaii, crashes his friends’ honeymoon, makes a lot of phone calls and nearly loses Yeonjun in the process before finally realizing that it wasn’t a game at all.)

Now that is interesting, Taehyun thinks to himself, because Soobin is almost physically incapable of keeping secrets, but obviously, as long as those are his secrets. That’s just how he is, and Taehyun often wishes that he didn’t share things like that so easily, but he can’t really influence Soobin with this, so he tries his best to at least keep those secrets from spreading around.
“I’m all ears,” Taehyun hums, curious to find out what was so important that Soobin managed to keep his mouth shut about it for a whole month.
“Let’s go on a honeymoon again?”
(Alt: Yeonjun says that love lasts three years. Soobin says that he isn’t a romantic person. Taehyun doesn’t agree with either of them.)
