Summary
Alice (you) is blind and is about to be sold by her mother to a Crime Alley cartel for a few coins, but you manages to escape before the transaction is completed. During your pursuit, ends up at the feet of a huge, leather-clad figure that smells of blood. Has no idea who it is, but couldn't be more grateful (and terrified) by how easily the person takes care of your captors.
And if you now has to take care of a bunch of kids (and a supposedly bloodthirsty vigilante adult) in exchange for a safe place to sleep, that's another story.
Or
Jason, dressed as Redhood, finds a woman on the outskirts of his territory who is a victim of human trafficking, and by a twist of fate, ends up giving her refuge in one of his safe houses in exchange for her taking care of the orphans he has there.

Alice es ciega, y está a punto de ser vendida por su madre a un cartel de Crimen Alley a cambio de unas cuantas monedas, pero logra salir huyendo antes de que la transacción se culmine. En medio de su persecución termina a los pies de una figura enorme envuelta en cuero que huele a sangre. No tiene ni idea de quien es, pero no puede estar más agradecida (y asustada) por la facilidad en que la persona se encarga de sus captores.
Y si ahora tiene que encargarse de un montón de niños (y de un presunto adulto justiciero sangriento) a cambio de un lugar seguro donde dormir, es otra historia.Ó
Donde Jason vestido de Redhood encuentra en la periferia de su territorio a una mujer víctima de trata de blancas, y por cosas del destino termina dándole refugio en una de sus casas seguras a cambio de que cuide de los huérfanos que tiene resguardados ahí.
Aunque no esperaba terminar siendo cuidado él mismo también.
