Summary
New York City has a vast array of vigilantes and superheroes that call its streets home. Dazai Osamu, Port Mafia Executive and Mori Ougai’s right hand, is deployed to start building relationships in the area. Mori, ever the fan of tests, leaves Dazai to figure out how to best handle the local vigilantes on his own.
And Frank Castle? He’s just worried that keeping this kid who refuses to identify himself alive may be more difficult than he was hoping.
Or; a city-wide adventure, hotel hopping, forging friendships with local heroes and a long-winded game of cat and mouse, all featuring an embittered Veteran and a suicidal teenage boy.

...
Chuuya is sent to infiltrate UA; Dazai is sent to do the same with the League of Villains. Chuuya is suffering with tedious undercover work while trying to balance a fake family and hero school, while Dazai gets to go off and play villain. So unfair.

As radio show simply known as 'Echoes Before Heroes' has become a huge sensation a few weeks ago despite being around for years now, even becoming popular enough to compete with Present Mic's own radio show! Eventually, DJ Fangs finally has enough free time to do a live Q'n'A session during their second night which is set for their pre-quirk music normally and takes a couple of caller's questions that they answer to the best of their ability. Only, the answers lead to more questions and people are even more curious as to who this mysterious radio show host is exactly and what else they're hiding behind their faceless show with the logo only being a set of vampire fangs secured around a simplified red and white book. Not only that, but the hours have changed due to the host's schedule shaking up for unknown reasons!Adding on even more, Class 2-A has gotten a new student from Yokohama who is, by letter of the law, quirkless! Touma Oda is a 17-year-old ability user who loves music! He doesn't let anyone hear what he's listening to though, keeping it a secret all for himself. When asked about certain things, he avoids the subject or answers vaguely.

Aizawas always been fond of children so he raised the child up and named his Osamu Aizawa. But one day his son went missing, he was devastated and went into deep depression hinting some of the bags under his eyes. He became a teacher at UA when a mysterious boy is found roaming the streets alone, he says his name is Dazai. He won't mention his first name but told aizawa it was his last name. Aizawa suspects something of this boy but let's it slide, the boy banters about wanting to be a student at UA and when the time comes passes the entrance exam though sadly only makes it to the general studies course. This Dazai though is the one and only Demon prodigy from the port mafia of the city yokahama, that closed itself off from Japan years ago in a Great War when quirks appeared.

This isn't soukoku attending au and pretending to be heroes oh no, now it's time for the heroes to get a dose of how it feels surviving in yokohama, in stray high where it's survival of the fittest, where bloodshed is ignored as it was because you were too weak to fight back, where mind games and the most dangerous and unhinged students attend where being labelled as prey is automatic a death sentence.
How will Class a survive in a school and place where they moral, ideals and law means nothing with no teachers to run too, with predators around every conner waiting for them to step of bound to attack, where heroes are seen as a joke and quicks are weaker than abilities.They will be confronted with a harsh reality and realise the only chance of survival is to forfit their heroic ideals to be stronger, colder and efficient.
Helping others is not a weakness but kindness shouldn't be subjective but again one should be careful to who they chose to help.
Stray dogs students are predators that feast on the weak, devouring them till nothing is left even the soul isn't spared.
For one to survive hell one must become a demon.

Everything that they’ve done, everything that they’ve said. Everything that Katsuki said. And oh, how it angered her. How dare those kids treat her son this way, and for what? Being ‘powerless’?
And now, considering everything, Inko is thinking of moving them to Yokohama.~ ~ ~
