Although Mark, getting too much into his role as an older kid, asked Donghyuck to look away whenever they passed by the smelly, dismembered corpses, the boy looked at them each time, as he was aware he had to know the horrors of life outside.
Survival is the most important ability. Donghyuck has been told he's weak and will never survive without the protective wing of a community. But that's a lie. Just because he's different, it doesn't mean he has no skills to understand the dangers. He gets it way more than the others.
