(AKA this fic is directly based on If I Stay by Gayle Forman but I take a lot of liberties such as absolutely obliterating the romance and crushing it to dust. This is all platonic angst your honor, but it's angst nonetheless.)

In the background, there was a faint yell of “Miya Nicholas Atsumu! Get back here!”
He pushed himself to run faster. “Y’all will never catch me alive!” he shouted back to his team before looking down at the camera. “An’ I’m running away from my team!”
