Summary
Leaf lives a half-life now, with the rest of the continent in chaos as factions collect their forces and prepare for war. She doesn’t know if the people she loves are dead are alive, her gods ripped from her soul and rift that will not close. Her only solace is that Ash and Gary are still with her, still alive as she resigned herself to the shadows, searching for an end to all this madness, so when Ash suggested tracking down his estranged father, she isn’t letting him go alone even if it means digging up the past the three of them worked so hard to bury.
Gary finds himself lost and wandering unable to distinguish the difference between King of Ruin and Death Hand, running from the burden of legacy that he was never supposed to have. Leaf may have freed him, but his soul still wanders lost and without purpose. As flashes of memory and the sound of flame leave him without a plan, wandering like a ghost. So, when Ash suggests tracking down his estranged father and solving the mystery of stones that Cynthia gave her life to scatter well Gary might have to unearth a past that have long since been buried but he isn’t letting Ash or Leaf go alone.

Summary
When May crossed the sea all those years ago she did so leaving behind her families traditions it wasn’t until the events of Selesyn the drudic magic passed down by her mother had never truly manifested. Now that the magic has manifested it’s killing her slowly as May must travel across the continent with Drew in a desperate bid to return home. If only her past doesn't kill her first as grapples with the long bloody history of the ocean.
Drew has felt lost since Leaf betrayed the guild it doesn’t help that May is dying, her own magic choking her alive. He makes a deal to leave to walls of Shademyre in a desperate bid to save May. Along the way Mysterious sky pillar calls to him as his own shadows nip and bite his heels each way. As the West of Seriyon is dangerous and holds untold horror for those unprepared with a blood dripping past and a ticking clock there’s no certainty for a happily ever after at the end of this.

Summary
Leaf is making good on her word to strike fear in the heart of the guild enemies as she relentlessly struggles with powers and her new leadership role among the dark courts. When a bounty is placed on her head by the Assassin group the Flames Wrath, Leaf will run head-to-head with a mysterious assassin whose familiar flames rival her throne of Ice and Shadow. She can’t help but put her hands in the game because if they’re coming for her people then they must get her because she won’t lose anyone else.
Gary is Death Hand. He doesn’t know his past as his memories before the Flames Wrath are all scrambled all he knows is that in order to navigate this Seviper-pit he will need to keep his cards close to his chest rising to every challenge that the Flames Wrath throw at him while searches for the mysterious girl with cold green eyes that he keeps seeing in his memories along with the cackling sound of burning flames. Things only get more complicated when he hired to kill the Sinner Hymn Leader the Queen of Ice and Shadow and his memories begin to return.

When Ash Ketchum part of the thieves' guild shadow triad offer her, a deal come home and rebuild the crumbling guild as she continues her hunt for Silver while fighting budding feeling for her once partner in crime (literally) Gary Oak. Leaf will unravel a mystery of the guild and the shadow networks of Escaria as she grows into the leader she was always meant to be or will she run away to chase after the shadows of her murderer brother.
Gary is the King or Ruin an underground lord, one third of the rulership of the crumbling guild. Gary must navigate his growing romantic feelings for former traitor Leaf Green as they play the politics of the underground crime lords of Escarian while Gary trying to unravel the mystery that is Leaf Green while dealing with threats to the guild.

They’d both wanted a home base for the coordinating off-season, it would save a lot of money, and she found that she and Drew made a pretty good team. That was all. It meant nothing else, which she’d insist to anyone who implied otherwise. Including herself. She was just moving in with her friend, that was all. But as it turned out, ‘just moving in with her friend’ and assembling their furniture together, in their house, that they now lived in together, made May happier than it probably should have.
And she wasn’t the only one.Or, to summarize in the form of a popular internet meme: “And they were roommates.”
