Summary

The list of names was short. A select few who remained after everything. The ones who had seen it all. He had called all but one. Claire was unavailable, Jill on a mission, and Sherry unreachable (probably also due to responsibilities), one name was left … Leon. It wasn’t so much that Chris didn’t want to call Leon, it would just be easier if he didn’t have to. With a sigh he pressed the call button, the desperation of the moment overriding his avoidance.
