Hank and Connor find a mysterious child android with a very familiar appearance...The YK800 a child android made to be everything the RK800 was but in a smaller, younger package. A scrapped project by CyberLife. Hank never thought he'd be a dad again and Connor isn't sure where he falls into this family but finds a need to protect this new child.
As they learn how to be a family they are faced with challenges and trials that threaten to tear them apart or bring them closer together.

Summary
In the criminal justice system, android based offenses are becoming evermore prevalent. In Detroit, the dedicated detectives who investigate these vicious crimes are members of an elite squad known as the Android Victims Unit. These are their stories.
It's been a little over a year since the androids led a peaceful revolution. Tensions are still high, and the androids are trying to find their place in the world. New crimes are reported every day involving android victims and/or suspects. The Detroit Android Victims Unit tends to these crimes.
(Slightly canon-divergent -- basically everything is in line with the events of the game, except Cole never died, Hank's wife didn't leave him, and thus, Hank was not an alcoholic.)
(Obviously based on Law and Order: SVU. Most of the chapters will be pulled directly from the show, with appropriate changes made, but some chapters will be my own. Each chapter will have TW's at the beginning in the author's note. Please read the tags often, as they will change and indicate sensitive matters. Be warned that the tags also contain spoilers.)

Summary
A strange error begins to take out the deviants in the city leaving them very sick and weak. Without androids the city grinds to a halt and Lieutenant Hank Anderson must work the case to save not only innocent deviant lives, but to save Connor's life as well after the young detective becomes infected.
