Except Loki did not kill the mortal. To Steve's utter surprise (and confusion, too) Loki went pale the second he saw the stranger, and suddenly all of his clones, that were attacking New York, as well as his cape, the horns, the green magic and the gold armor, disappeared in the blink of an eye. The look on Loki's face, as crazy as it sounded, was of a tamed house cat. Steve couldn't see an evidence of a deranged, dangerous and unstable God, that was Loki less than a minute ago, who demanded humankind's submission anymore. Ever since he saw the little grey haired man...

Mobius flinched at the mental image of Loki killing the keepers, but he knew he was being honest.
Loki continued, “After we’re done, you'll get the victor's parade- ‘Oh, clever Mobius, the hero of the TVA’, and I'll turn to vapor.”
That was exactly the plan. For a moment, the gray curtain of bureaucracy lifted and Mobius saw something more than the paperwork and signatures. He saw Loki. This Loki wasn’t just a video anymore. This Loki knew his name. He was asking -or threatening- him for help. Was he really going to delete him? Could he actually do it?

He once made Katsuki listen to voice recordings of one of his cats meowing at different times of the day to “see if she sounded more melancholy earlier in the morning.” For being like, kind of jacked, his hips and shoulders and elbows are bony as fuck. He, as a rule, has to sleep on the right side of the bed or he can’t sleep at all. Katsuki fucking hates him.

The picture looks like it was taken in a cafe, Todoroki in a light blue sweater that even from a distance looks wildly soft, seated at a baby grand piano with his short hair effortlessly tousled. It’s one of those photos where it’s obvious Todoroki wasn’t expecting it to be taken—he’s in the middle of looking up at whoever is behind the camera, a smile small on his face but delight evident in the curve of his mouth.
He’s stupidly beautiful. Looking at him for too long makes Izuku kind of sweaty.
They both sit there staring at this one picture for almost three full minutes. In complete silence. Eventually, Kacchan sighs a little bit and tips his head backwards to rest on the couch. Staring up at the ceiling, he murmurs, “Well, shit.”
Izuku can’t stop the lightly hysterical laugh that explodes from his mouth in response.
“We’re fucked.”

Shouto put his wallet back, tail tucked between his legs and a new understanding of Bakugou. He didn't do things in half-measures, including his words.

He wondered what would look worse: ordering the cheapest thing on the menu or having his usual pricy order of the green tea and macadamia white chocolate chip cookie with a croissant. In the end, what he deemed most vital to the start of his day was the: "macadamia white chocolate chip cookie, please."
Wrong choice.
"Is. Is that your breakfast." Bakugou said, face scrunched up in wonder and revolt. Paradoxical, just like him.
"Part of it," Shouto admitted. "Sugar gets me going throughout the day. And I was planning on starting the paper for Hawks..."
OR: on his many visits to the art museum, Shouto learns that 1. Not only is Michelangelo a ninja turtle, he's a painter as well. 2. He has a crush on museum tour guide guy. 3. Museum tour guide guy is dating someone else.
(There's a misunderstanding in there, somewhere.)
