Summary
When Hades is rescued from the Well of Souls he doesn't expect his rescuer to be Persephone, his estranged wife whom he hasn’t spoken to in eighteen years. And they’re none too happy to see each other again.
The gods have sentenced the traitorous Hades to house arrest in the Underworld. Persephone is assigned to keep an eye on him and prevent him from causing any more trouble. But the goddess of spring has her own agenda and can scheme just as well as her husband.
Can Hades handle being around his wife again? What does Persephone really want from him? Why did they split up in the first place? And what does the potion of mortality have to do with it all?

Then a new star appears in the sky and the Fates declare an end to the age of the gods. Redemption, not revenge, is their only hope.
CW; Not for fans of Zeus, really. Nothing is said out loud, but there heavy implications about the original Ganymede myth, so best go in forewarned. Also, I've tried to stay away from the animated series bc I wanted to keep the movie lore under control, idk. It's all James Woods but it's not all the movie scriptwriters, you know?

Summary
"(i still believe that) we could be kind" is a series featuring any fics that take place after "More than Dangerous". all fics aside from that one can be read or skipped around in any order, but that original fic is somewhat fundamental for understanding what the situation is. of course, you don't have to read it if you don't want to, just check the notes below! feel free to poke in whatever order you like, anarchists <3
These fics primarily take place post-canon and have a focus on hurt/comfort, found family, and recovery from events in EPIC.

So he did the closest thing a god could do close to apologising... he is building her temple in every city in greek!Athena is not interested. She is rather have her tea-gossip party with lady Penelope (they are besties) or finds the best weapon for her little wolf.
(Athena and Odysseus are avoiding each other for now)Zeus is a lot less of a jerk here.

Summary
Irony is cruel, even for the gods.
For a year now, the golden blood in Athena's veins has turned red under influence of her father's golden lightning, and now she must learn to live with it. The idea of an immortal existence that suddenly turns into a time-limited life seems terrifying, but will she have to go through it all alone?
She is not the only god to suffer this punishment, now.
How did one decision make the lives of so many people and gods change track or make her see things she never saw before and learn to pass them on? Is this the only thing she'll pass when decides that the sands in hourglass are running too fast to live in her aching past? Will stripping a god of their divinity really be that simple and what consequences will it bring?

Someone else follows Athena's path with also incurs the wrath of God King, and an ex-goddess herself decides that there are other values in life than wisdom and war which she would like to explore.
Interwoven with many canons from the Odyssey as well as headcanons that had to find an outlet somewhere.

Light streaked behind the angel’s wing-tips. The light he radiated blazed as he neared. He was terrifying in all his glory. He wasn’t passing overhead, but instead was losing altitude again. They took a small step backwards when the figure tilted until he was undeniably flying toward the ferry.
Idly, they noted he wasn’t exactly slowing down as he approached their ferry. In fact, he seemed to be speeding up.
Hm.
They trusted his judgment, of course they did. He was the Judge, after all. His word was the word of God, infallible in its reasonings.
They simply did not want to intrude on his personal space, so they backed up until they were pressed back to the quarterdeck. They did not wish to be blinded, even momentarily, by his illustrious radiance either, for that would be extremely inconvenient and perhaps painful, so they raised their oar to partially obscure their skull.
(or: The Ferryman, shaken by V1's passage, is greeted by Gabriel, on his way back from slaughtering the Council.)
