Charles doesn't do this.
It's not that he's spoiled or incompetent. It's not that he enjoys sitting like a princess and sees it as something below him. No, Charles Leclerc isn't like that. It just happens that the chore distribution his wonderful boyfriend and he had agreed on, meant he didn't do the general organizing in the house. Sure, he did his best to keep his things tidy, to put his shoes in the right spot, and to lay his music sheets in one place, but putting things in their correct spot was Carlos's job. Charles vacuumed, and he organized. It was their balance and routine, and due to his boyfriend's need for habits, they didn't tend to stray away from them.
Yet Charles was doing a full-blown cleaning session today.
He shouldn't be doing this.

Cliff Marleau can be a dumbass, it’s fair to say - anyone can, some people would claim it more likely for men, and some people would certainly claim that being in a profession that involves violence, speed, and sharp things, and a ridiculous amount of travel all on a regular basis would make it pretty likely for someone to be a dumbass. He does dumb shit sometimes, but it’s usually pretty basic.
Actually, how this started was years ago, when he still felt just barely out of being a rookie himself and Coach asked him to keep a watch on their new Russian rookie Ilya Rozanov, now Boston’s captain and one of Cliff’s good friends.
And Cliff is pretty damn curious about the girlfriend Ilya swears he doesn’t want to have.
OR: Cliff's investment in getting Ilya to admit he's more invested than normal in Montreal Jane throws him and the Boston Raiders down the path of queer allyship.
