DANIEL JAMES FENTON WAS DEAD. Or, at least, dead-er, though only very few people would know of that fact.
His body was found at the bottom of a cliff, under a particularly sharp turn on a very windy road. The car he had been driving crumpled like an assignment found at the bottom of a backpack that was two weeks due. He is found by a search party two days after he had been reported missing; the authorities ended up identifying him from his driver’s license, tucked away safe in his back pocket.

Summary
On paper, the Hero Commission's plan to investigate Midoriya Izuku under the guise of a training course for combating mental quirks is solid; foolproof, even. If Midoriya turns out to be innocent, they can pass everything off as part of the training exercise, assuming he remembered any of it. Otherwise, they could beg forgiveness after the traitor was securely imprisoned in Tartarus.
The paper plan failed to take into account the feral ghosts living in Midoriya Izuku's head, or his equally feral living friends.
Time to bring on the chaos.

Summary
Pre-AC, after the start of the Geostigma crisis. Cloud is traveling around the continent, searching for some way to cure Denzel (and himself), and hiding from the demons of his past. As he explores the ruins of an old Shinra lab in Junon, he’s hit with a bad wave from the stigma. He passes out, and when he awakens, he finds himself still in the lab...but it’s a working lab, in an alternate Gaia where the events of his world never came to pass.
Cloud is captured by Hojo for the second time in his life. Luckily, the Cloud Strife of this Gaia is a SOLDIER, and is sent to Junon on a mission with Zack. They save the injured and comatose Cloud and bring him to Midgar, where Shinra arrives at the conclusion that since his DNA matches Cloud, Zack, and Sephiroth, he must be the product of an experiment to create a super SOLDIER with their genes.
Some would call this man a clone.
Zack prefers the term "son".

Midoriya Izuku expected his visit to Jurassic World to be a fun, safe day, as did his mother. But when the dinosaurs escape and the park is plunged into chaos, Izuku finds himself separated from his mother. In the chaos, Izuku and several others are left behind on the island, slowly being picked off one by a terrifying white dinosaur. Izuku expected to be eventually killed by the beast, but a chance encounter leaves him with a quirk like he's always wanted- but also transformed into a dinosaur. Even worse, the Indominus who had been hunting him (named Hisashi) has taken quite the liking to him, delighted to have a son of his own, and is determined to raise him.
