He avoids the vending machines unless he’s desperate—usually on his third day without food, when the gnawing in his stomach is enough to make him woozy and irritable. Kotoha knows the only way to get him to order anything at Pothos is to assure him that it’d be on the house—he’d still drop a few 50-yen coins in the tip jar when she’d have her back turned, though, just to momentarily quell the guilt playing in his ears like a godawful song on repeat.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t stingy enough.

Sakura gets kicked out of his apartment, but it's fine. There are plenty of empty classrooms at Furin, and working part-time at a coffee shop can't be that hard. He'll make enough to rent a new place soon enough. Probably. Hopefully.

Normally, a wound this small wouldn’t need something as drastic as stitches. It shouldn’t have bled so much in the first place.
But unfortunately for Suo, the natto that his Master ordered him to eat every night was a natural blood thinner…..which meant that he was prone to excessive bleeding. It wasn’t a problem, really. More of a nuisance than anything.
After all, Suo was quite adept at avoiding injuries.
But when he did get injured, Suo wanted nothing more than to take care of it himself. Unfortunately for him, his friends wouldn't allow that.
