Tommy is the lighthearted kid, the child they all yell at only in playful banter, who they try to shield from the grown up conversations until they realise they don’t need to. Because Tommy laughs. In the face of tnt pranks, conversations of sovereignty, a battle of who can get the dog to take their treat over someone else’s, explosive elections and drug empires born from a madman’s dream in a caravan; Tommy laughs.The dream smp think it’s because he doesn’t understand. Tommy knows it’s because he understands so much more.
Having grown up in 2b2t, the most lawless and cruel land there is, the shenanigans and wars of not even 50 people will always bring some level of amusement.
But when Dream starts crossing lines no sane person would, Tommy stops laughing. Instead, he starts plotting.

Summary
In the collapse of the criminal underworld following AFO's fall at the hands of Bakugo and the rest of class 1-A, several different organizations and crimelords rise up in an attempt to fill the vacuum of power. Most of them get shot down quickly, and eliminated without too much trouble, especially when class 1-A is involved in the take down.
One group in particular that started to stir up trouble recently has proved much harder to eliminate. A group that took a very strange approach to villainly, in that they were more like doctors without borders than drug runners. Healing villains at no charge and without any governmental approval or oversight. Despite interrogations revealing that no individuals have ever been charged for treatment, tracking the money of the various small gangs and criminal operations in japan all leads back to this hospital.
When a raid goes wrong, Jiro wakes up tied to a chair and face to medical mask with the leader of this total unknown faction. And he's...really weird. Constantly apologizing, treating all of her wounds with a surgeons delicacy, and desperately trying to make things more comfortable for her.
She can't tell if it's the best or worst possible kidnapping.

So, it didn’t start out like this.
Alfred would scoff at the statement, about how Bruce was trying to justify the whole situation to himself. It had started out as a simple design, black everything with black outlines and black hood. It got a little more intense as the world went on, got wind of his ghost on the streets, and became scared of The Bat . So Bruce got a little more creative with it, Alfred and him had a good laugh over the name, the scare, and Alfred had a vicious streak of humor that he had passed onto his ward-
So now the suit had a visible bat-theme, an insignia to drape in the shadows and to paint across the streets of Gotham.
It only took a year into the whole charade of heroism for Bruce to overhear a conversation between some goons- some low level thug hired by the Riddler this week- about nothing at all pertaining to what the hell the Riddler was doing in the sewers but instead:
“ The Batman can fly, you know, I’ve seen his wings.”

Almost everyone is born quirkless, save for those with mutant-type quirks. Everyone is equal, that is, until you turn four. And Midoriya Izuku is at the bottom of the ladder. An extra toe joint; no quirk. Still, he wants to be a hero in a world where everyone tells him no. He doesn't know when to quit, so he pushes on. Until he doesn't.

Midoriya Izuku has a resurrection quirk and it's kind of a huge disaster.
