Kronos knows how to convince the last demigods loyal to their parents to join his side. No one in modern times would fight for the Greek gods as they were in Ancient Greece. As long as he makes sure it does not affect the Olympians powers, his win is guaranteed. But he might have forgotten one little thing, the Ancient laws were not created without reason.

At first, Tim’s not sure what to make of the offer. It’s true that Tim’s bored to near tears at the prospect of standing here by himself for the next few hours until his parents have had their fill of socializing.
Still, it strikes him as a bit odd that this person seems interested in hanging out with a twelve year old. That’s weird right? Or maybe it’s not. Maybe he's just trying to make the best out of a sucky situation, the same as him. He wasn't thinking about how that would look to outsiders. He was only thinking about Ellie. Ellie, bleeding green and de-aged somehow. Ellie who had extensive medical problems that only Vlad really knew the extent of. Ellie, who needed help that Danny couldn't give her.
He names Vlad as her emergency contact out of desperation, and the situation spirals from there.

Summary
Ever since Kronos had cursed the gods with his dying breath, the gods could not reproduce, each offspring made to wilt, to cause immeasurable pain to it's sires for punishment, and eventually lead to the fall of Kronides' rule.
They would never be able to gain power without expanding their range.
That's what was supposed to happen, but the gods found a way around the curse. They found that giving infants domains while in gestation wouldn't push them to ascend before their soft, small bodies could handle such an overload of divinity, but would let the body and soul adapt around the chains of duty and would let them live.
Then The Fates lost the interest in their story; They left, onto the next creation They went.
It was peaceful for a time, their hatchlings grew into proper gods, governing domains of their own. Still frail and fragile, but they were alright, everything was calm, predictable.
Until They reappeared.
The Fates came back, spinning their world off it's axis, spinning a tale about how they have returned to pick up where They left off and something about their tapestry getting a "new plot device"?

They go to the fields of punishment if they’ve done horrible things and they have the chance of falling in between or being given the opportunity to try life again and see if they can make that one better. However in death an arch way opens up and begins to take demigods to somewhere they’ll finally be loved. Somewhere they don’t have to hide in fear or fight for a chance at life. While this world remains thread bare it doesn’t plan to stay empty.
