Summary
After attempting to kill the Crown Prince and his family, Techno was circumstantially adopted into a family of people who actually cared about him instead of wanting to use him as a weapon. He was treated like a person, and eventually, he managed to trust them.
A few years later, Techno is still with that family, except this time, he's significantly more annoyed with Wilbur's bullshit, has the power to ground Tommy, and can actually say "I love you" to Phil.
Or, alternatively - Technoblade deals with his siblings, as well as his life as being the Crown Prince's best friend, older brother, and bodyguard.

He — it — grins ever wider, humming almost thoughtfully. “No,” it says, after a moment, “I suppose you could say I’m not. It’s always nice to get a breath of fresh air every now and then though, isn’t it? My host is rather… persistent, I’d say.” And when Sapnap growls, low in his throat, it only laughs. “You put up a good fight, though. I wonder if I should let you go or just kill you again, once you come back.”
George swallows, “Dream.”
It stills, and says nothing.
In other words: Dream is struggling for control with the Dreamon that resides within him, and George, obviously, would love nothing more than to beat the everloving shit out of it.

Summary
George was overall an innocent person, he didn't dabble in hard drugs. An edible every once in a while was more of his style.
After a falling out with his last dealer, George needed to find a new one; Sapnap had recommended him a man named 'Dream'. Apparently, his stuff was high quality, and George couldn't pass that up. But, after meeting him for the first time, George couldn't stop thinking about him.
It turns out that Dream couldn't either.

The King is now pulling at his hand, intertwining their fingers in a soft manner, and the sounds of explosions may fill the ambient outside of this room, but Dream can't hear it, not as his whole body is burning up, and yet a cold rush of sparks manages to rise through his spine, barely letting him think with a clear head.
"Your Majesty, but- but your kingdom..."
"Oh my darling." The King starts with a soft, melancholic smile, and the sweet words that drip through his mouth like honey make Dream's chest fill with delight, and he suddenly feels like he's floating. "There is nothing left other than ashes and wind to be ruled over. We must run now, we must go far away, to a place where their tyranny cannot reach us."

George had smiled at him then, eyes soft, squeezing his hand gently. “I do,” he answered, “You’re all I dream about.” Dream blushed, and George only giggled, leaning forward to place a gentle kiss on the bridge of his nose where Dream knew that a freckle would form. “Do you dream of me too?”
“All the time,” the Moon God admitted, his thumb tracing circles on the back of the other’s hand, “I dream of seeing you again, of being able to hold you in my arms and kiss you.” He paused, swallowing, “I dream of being able to look at you like this,” and when George blushed he had chuckled quietly, “I never dream about anything else but you.”
Or; Dream, the God of the Moon, learns to love. It comes with a price.
