Violet Sorrengail was 15 years old when the Rebellion happened — killing her brother in the process. Her father is more secretive than ever and says suspicious things every time they are alone.
Violet Sorrengail was 16 years old when her father died — but this might not be the truth after she finds a letter under her pillow the night after his funeral.
With the truth of the horrors outside of the wards now known, Violet must find a way to keep contact with her father and brother while training to join a Quadrant she never thought she would step into. And if she will be meeting old friends in the process, alongside a certain Riorson boy, good thing she will have allies.
