Skywarp and Novastorm concoct a brilliant (read: stupid) plan to get their old boss Starscream hooked up with his ex-conjunx endura Jetfire and in the process left the Maltos and Bumblevee having to have "The Talk" with the kids.
Thundercracker just wants to write in peace but that isn't happening anytime soon.
(Rsted Mature for whiskey aunts subjecting niblings to slang that the parents hadn't has a chance to sit down and explain to said kids, used in comedic effect.)

Summary
It's almost the Iacon 5000. Everyone is preparing for the competition, but Chromia intends to put them all to shame by being first to cross the finish line. But then...everything changes. In a sudden turn of events, ex-miners Orion Pax and D-16 become a Prime and a ruthless warlord respectively, upheaving Chromia's entire life. It's not just a matter of racing anymore, it's a matter of survival.
Meanwhile, Ironhide, one of the new Prime's first recruits, has at last gained his t-cog. He vows to himself to use it well and to never, EVER betray his comrades like Sentinel Prime and the other nobles had done. So imagine his surprise when he is suddenly suspected of a conspiracy against his own commander and friend, Optimus Prime.
But he isn't suspected by EVERYONE. He finds unexpected allies in two mechs named Ratchet and Prowl. And when Chromia finds herself roped into the situation as well, she sets aside her differences with the Autobots in an attempt to win her old life back.
Chromia has always taken her cog for granted. Ironhide wouldn't part with his for the world.
But maybe, despite their differences, they're more similar than meets the eye...

Starscream would never be helpless, never again, not even as a prisoner."This is my S2 rewrite, which will be a Decepticon-centric (with STSC as the protagonist) take on some of the earlier plot threads in the season, branching off to have it's own unique plotline and antagonist in the end. Starting directly from the season 1 finale, and going over *why* the Decepticons supposedly ran off and betrayed the Autobots

Summary
Elita-1 and her team are the last Autobots on Cybertron. They've been barely surviving for four million years between scarce resources, storms of acid rain, the constant threat of Shockwave and his drones, and the sudden resurgence of cosmic rust. Their only solace is that the war is over and that all the Decepticons, save Shockwave, are dead.
But when Chromia intercepts a Decepticon frequency, they not only find that Megatron and his army are still alive, but that Optimus Prime and the Autobots are as well.
And they must get to them before Shockwave does.
