Unfortunately for all of them, though, before Twitch could even reach where they were sitting, Starscream’s HUD decided this was a wonderful time to tell him that some of his repair systems were failing and he was going to go into an immediate emergency recharge because his fuel tanks were below ten percent and only now decided to tell him.
If his processor was working, Starscream would have known that he’d turned off his system warning last cycle because they were annoying him and had forgotten to turn them back on.
Since it wasn’t, he had no time to turn to Hashtag and tell her what was happening before he hit the ground and fell into darkness.

It just didn't seem right.
Nothing he did seemed right. Slowly, slowly, the mech seemed less and less like the Starscream so many had come to know.
Leading to a crescendo with an action Megatron knew Starscream would NEVER in a trillion years do.
and he did it twice in quick succession.
Sucks the only people who can help him are Autobots, though.

Summary
The Maltos managed to defeat the Quintessons with help thanks to the Autobots and Chaos Terrans, though trouble still seems to find them. Not even a week later, Aftermath and Spitfire launch an attack on Witwicky, falling back into their usual routine. Jawbreaker leaves to deal with Aftermath, though their encounter stirs up several new emotions in each other. What will their bond grow into? Allies? Friends? Or maybe something more...?

Even his own frame has changed in his absence.
At least he has Starscream there to guide him. A very unstable, battered and bruised, but kind of recovering Starscream.

TL;DR The Cons gotta prove they can yk be trusted w smth outside of their own agendas, and the ppl "in charge" of Cybertron decided to send 3 protoforms for the 3 groups of Transformers on Earth for them to "take care of"
In other words, i had the urge to make a transformers oc after watching ES, and this is what came of it. wasnt meant to be taken it too seriously, but i probably will to a degree nonetheless cuz i accidentally created a plot, as one does, whoops

Starting directly from the season 1 finale, and going over *why* the Decepticons supposedly ran off and betrayed the Autobots
