Tim just sighed. He didn’t want to deal with a paranoid Batman right now. Emotion bled into his tone. “Look, that doesn’t matter right now. It’ll all make sense in a moment.” He had to really resist the urge to press his palms into his eye sockets, anything to quell the incoming headache. “Just, please, last night you were in Gotham on a typical patrol, and now you’re here, with nothing in between? Nothing at all?”

Summary
Lucifer ‘Luke’ Shurley is a successful orthopedic surgeon. He prefers life without an Omega mate, or sex of any kind, but his older brother Michael has decided that Luke must have an Omega mate whether he wants one or not.
Luke should have known that his ‘birthday surprise’ would be something like this- he’s taken to Platters, where Omegas serve as naked platters for sushi and other food. In a private room there, he meets Sam, an Omega covered in strawberries, chocolate sauce and angel food cake. His for the whole night, to do whatever he pleases with. From that moment Luke’s whole life derails.
Sam, for his part, is just a law student hoping to make money for rent. Sex work at Platters pays way better than anything else. Only, trauma from his past is about to catch up with him.
Note- even though he’s kind of ‘Sam-sexual’ in the story, Lucifer still identifies as asexual. He feels his body is attracted to Sam but he (his mind) is not and he still doesn’t want sex.
Note 2- Cas and Dean will show up in the story, but much later.
Note 3- I’m warning for underage and rape/non-con even though it was in the past and is not depicted. No non-con btw Luke and Sam

The world of expensive horses and high-stakes competition isn't something he'd ever known existed, but it sucks him in regardless. The longer he stays, the more entangled he gets with the horses, the clients, and his boss, and the harder it is to get out. As opportunities present themselves, though, he's not sure he'd want to leave anyway.

Bruce Wayne’s model of Batman had failed. Thirty years of dead children, fourteen Arkham breakouts, and a city scarred by a war with no way out.
Tim was 26. He had been fighting wars since he was 13. He would go further than Bruce Wayne ever would, become CEO of Wayne Enterprises, and build a city that didn’t need Batman.
Tim would burn the cape itself if it meant he could finally retire.

That way, he should have time to administer them while he's safely in his room. Even if they hit a little harder than he expects, his parents aren't going to be back for another two months.
If he screams, no one will hear him. It's a built-in failsafe, really.
