She tossed her bag onto an armchair in the corner of the hall and propped her hands on her hips, looking at Clarke with a measuring glare.
“Okay,” Clarke answered hesitantly, not sure where to go from there.
Of course she knew that Wells wanted to propose to Raven—they’d been best friends since they were both in diapers and they promised to be each other’s best men ages ago. She also knew that Wells had discussed it with Raven and wanted to surprise his girlfriends with the proposal.
