Hizashi and Shouta have only been a… something… for a few weeks. Since they’re still trying to figure things out, they try to keep their budding romance a secret from everyone except Oboro. Sneaking around is honestly a little exciting! Still, one after another, the people in their lives seem to realize their dynamic has changed. It's surprising, but Hizashi discovers he doesn't actually mind secrets being revealed as much as he had expected to.
One question is still left standing, though.
Does this mean he and Shouta are officially dating?Through music, Hizashi's present is tied to his past, and we get a glimpse into the events that caused his loss of hearing and the rise of his persona Present Mic.

The windows started to rattle and dust fell down from the ceiling as he yelled. His husband’s hair flew up, dancing around his face madly, eyes glowing red as he erased his quirk. He kept it activated as Hizashi continued, clearly feeling a little guilty.
“SHOTA WE HAVE BEEN FILING JOINT TAXES FOR TEN YEARS, WE ARE GOING TO GO TO JAIL FOR TAX FRAUD!” he yelled, voice loud enough even without his quirk.
“You’re concerned about that and not about the fact that we aren’t technically husbands?” Aizawa asked, a smirk on his face.

With how fast Aizawa marches across the room and slams a fairly large book -- one unfamiliar to most, save for Midoriya and Yaoyorozu -- onto the podium, you’d think he’d have enough energy to spare to brush his hair.
Erasure glares open.
“Let’s see to it that you’re all prepared for the retake of your reassessment exams,” he announces. Unkempt as his hair is when it floats up, he looks he’d just crawled out of his sleeping bag; but even that seems unlikely. It’s messier than usual.
