Summary

Dean is uncertain what Amara's meaning is when she brings John back, and struggles with coming to terms with the new family dynamic. Sam tries harder to keep the peace than he used to, and Cas does not get along with John at all- though he tries. Testosterone is at an all-time high as these four men struggle to coexist in the hunting world with very different ideologies.
We explore just how much the brothers have changed in the ten years without their father's guidance, the trauma they still haven't resolved, and the feelings that Dean and Cas hold for one another despite the very real and new barrier that is John.

Summary
He can hear voices outside, and a sound that bears a striking resemblance to Morgan’s laughter. Forty four percent of incarcerated people have some kind of mental illness. It’s not surprising his mind is resorting to something that sounds comforting from before, he’s probably suffering some kind of break right now, in the after. Still, the memory of the sound curls itself under the throbbing of his traitorous heart trying to escape the confines of his ribcage. Perhaps there was something to be said about how the memory of Morgan’s laughter could still do this to him after all this time. Then again, this too, should be familiar. He’s always been powerless in the face of that thousand watt smile, more so when it was directed at him – toothy, and blinding.

Summary

A wolf in cop's clothing.
When he's finally exposed and forced to confess his horrible truth to his supervisor, he's hopeful that's the worst it can possibly get. Of course, he still has to break it to Spencer Reid that they can never be anything more than friends before things can get back to any semblance of normal.
And then Reid gets taken by one of the worst monsters the BAU has yet encountered. What follows is the aftermath encompassing not only Morgan's cursed affliction born of infectious evil, but Reid's as well.

And fuck, up close, JJ’s eyes are so, so blue. Even battered and bruised, he’s fucking beautiful. No, John B thinks, and shoves those feelings, whatever they are, into the same dark corner he’s been putting them in for months. It’s not like that, it’ll never be like that.
Or, snippets of John B's life as he deals with his feelings for JJ.
