Summary
Lance and Hunk have moved in to the new student apartments at Garrison University called The V at Garrison.
Living on their floor, they meet and befriend their neighbors: Pidge, a child prodigy in robotics. Matt, Allura, and Shiro, life time friends with the boys watching over their siblings. And Keith, the anti-social boy who hates change.
As time progresses, they all become friends and Lance finally finds someone to help him explore his bisexuality - his gay neighbor Keith.
They strike a deal = Lance helps Keith find a social life while Keith becomes Lance's wingman, but what happens when both men realize that their deal has become more complicated than they expected.

“Oh my God,” Lance says as he covers his face. Keith’s tinny voice blares from his laptop speakers: “What do you call a fake noodle? An impasta.” See, this joke might have been funny if someone charismatic and charming had said it, but Keith’s flat voice and even flatter expression effectively kidnaps, tortures, and then decapitates any chance of it being remotely humorous.

“Hit me with the good news, Pidgey!” Lance cheers, dropping his chin on both of his hands as he stares at Pidge through the glass. His friend rolls her eyes in exasperation before she lazily clicks the right button from her end and speaks.
“Well, Blue Paladin,” she says slowly through the speaker, “I’m actually quite pleased to announce that you’re still below Red.”
“What? How come Mullet has more audience than me? I literally have the busiest hour of the day.” Lance scoffs, throwing his hand in the air in annoyance as he starts to pace around the booth. “What does he has that I don’t?”
“Uh, good content, for one?”
Lance snaps his head back to the main cabin where instead of just Pidge, he sees now two figures standing behind the glass. Both of them grinning at him smugly. Assholes.
“Oh, bite me, Mullet!”
[Or the one where the team has their own radio show inside their college campus and the Laith tag on Twitter slowly turns into a trend whenLance and Keith start flirting thinking the other doesn't mean it. Miscommunication at its best.]
