It was a long shot—an impossibly long shot—but it was all he had.
Harry lunged for the photo, his bloodied nose dripping crimson onto the paper as he scrambled for something to write with. But Vernon had locked away all of Harry’s things to prevent him from contacting anyone. In desperation, Harry smeared his blood across the photo with trembling fingers, scrawling three words:
Please help me.
He signed it with a shaky, almost illegible ‘Harry’ before stumbling to Hedwig’s cage. He flung the door open and shoved the photo into her talons, his breath coming in sharp, uneven gasps. Vernon’s angry bellows grew louder as he forced the door open, splinters of wood flying into the room.
“T-take it to Professor Snape!” Harry rasped, barely able to speak through the panic and exhaustion.
Hedwig let out a distressed hoot as Harry squeezed her through the narrow bars of the window. He turned just as Vernon burst into the room, his face purple with fury, his breathing ragged.

A story that diverges from canon, where the fallout from Cedric's death turns Harry's world upside down. But he discovers that even through the hardest of times, love and healing can be found.
Harry and Sirius learn to conquer their demons together. Sirius helps Harry to discover the true power of family, while Harry helps Sirius to heal from his time in Azkaban. He learns to do what he thought was impossible - navigate a world without James and Lily. In Sirius, Harry finds warmth and safety, and a reason to keep fighting. In Harry's emerald eyes, Sirius finds the motivation to become the man Lily and James trusted to take care of their boy.
And when the war starts in earnest, the fighting is brutal. But through adversity comes wisdom, hope, and the determination to prevail.

Even so, the quiet strength in her posture hadn’t dimmed; she was still brave in that strong, unyielding way that made something deep and restless in Fiyero ache desperately to reach for her.
That feeling, at least, was familiar.

Post Wicked: For Good.
Elphaba and Fiyero's child is a miracle that they never expected. Conceived on that one night in the forest they shared. When they discover he is coming they feel as if a piece of their happily ever after is still possible. Still Elphaba grieves that Fiyero won't ever feel the touch of their child. It feels especially cruel that a man filled with so much love and devotion should be denied what so many take for granted. But love is a magic that knows no constraints and cannot be caged. This is my fix-it happily ever after fic.

“Fuck yeah,” he groans, his hips thrusting against nothing as she slowly climbs onto the bed beside him. “Yeah, I’m yours, baby. All yours.”
“All mine,” Elphaba echos, dark eyes roaming his body as he settles against the pillows, the arm not pinned at his side under his head as he watches her lazily. “All mine, Yero. I gave you this body. I am the only one who has ever touched it.”

Navigating the wizarding world was hard enough; now emancipated, he's expected to embark on a new journey into politics without having any clue what he's doing.
Harry is scared, and while Hermione and Ron help, what Harry needs is someone on the edge- someone people won’t think twice about, who knew everything about their world. Theodore Nott seems to check all those boxes. Thus, Harry resigns himself to torturous lessons in etiquette, and languages, and politics, because if he's going to survive the incoming war and lead the life he wants, then he's going to have to play the game and play it goddamn well.
