Wilbur perks up. “Does he ice skate?”
“Yeah, he does. He’s got these sick skates and everything.” Tubbo explains. “He’s quiet though. We tried talking to him, but…”
“But?”
Tubbo shrugs. "He's quiet. He doesn't talk much. I guess he's busy."

"Good," Lia said, her feet dangling off the side of the sofa, absentmindedly kicking the air. "So who's your favorite superhero?"
George felt whiplashed.
It's George's first time at Sapnap's house and he's meeting, arguably, the most important person in Sapnap's life, and by god does he really need to try and win her over.

Sapnap bites his cheek. “It’s raining.”
“I’m glad I have you around, Einstein,” Karl quips back, barely flinching when Sapnap throws another piece of gravel at him, and the way he smiles is brighter than the sun.(Sapnap keeps getting a weird feeling in chest with Karl, and he doesn't know why.
It becomes more clear when they're caught in the rain together.)

"Well he asked for something interesting so I just gave him one of your orders," Quackity said, starting to work on Karl's drink. "Hated it."
"Rude," Karl sneered. "Okay, okay. I take that personally. Is he coming tonight?"
"He should be," Quackity nodded.
"You're going to get him a hazelnut latte with sweetened foam, and a dash of nutmeg at the top," Karl said. "On me."

Sapnap is a black coffee type of guy. Karl almost always orders a different drink every time.
By some series of events, Sapnap ends up ordering one of Karl's drinks and he hated it.
Karl would not give up until he changes Sapnap's mind.But they haven't actually talked to each other. Or met for that matter.
They've just been flirting through the barista, their friend Quackity.
