That was never a good thing to hear over the phone at 2:48 in the morning, and the fact that it was Dean on the other end only made it worse. Of course, Jody wasn't going to turn him away. She couldn't imagine what kind of trouble he had managed to get into this time--though, knowing the Winchesters, it was most likely supernatural in nature--and why Dean was saying "I" instead of "we". She sure as hell wasn't prepared for what showed up on her doorstep four hours later.
Dean looked exhausted: dark circles under lack-luster eyes and several days' worth of beard over a tense jaw and grim mouth. He was alone except for the small, sleeping child he held bundled in his arms.
"Dean? Where is Sam?"
Dean, looking more lost than she'd ever seen him look, glanced down at the child in his arms; and he smiled even as tears filled his eyes.

There’s something Sam hates about being tall, or rather, misses about being short:
He misses Dean’s hugs.
Don’t get him wrong, Sam is a thirty-two year old man, and his brother is a thirty-six year old emotionally constipated idiot. He isn’t getting any hugs to begin with, at least, not any that aren’t brought about by unexpected resurrections or terrifyingly close calls with the Grim Reaper. He isn’t some clingy, needy little kid, desperate for his big brother to wrap him in his arms after a nightmare and tell him everything will be okay. He isn’t.
But with Lucifer out of the cage and Cas as his meatsuit, he can’t help but long for the days when he was allowed to be.

Stockman shrugged. The motion was casual, but Leo could see in his twitchy little eyes that he was as panicked as he ever was. “Zzz – ome of him may have been lo – zzz – t in the proce – zzz, but I completed my ta – zzz – k. He’ll gladly kill the rat now.”
He sat up like a shot. Clambering toward Stockman, he didn’t so much as walk as pounce, tackling the stupid bug in one quick move. He pulled him close, even as his hairy little fists pounded against his chest. “The rat? Where’s the rat? I need him, need to kill him – where is he – I know you know, I know you know, you told him so tell me where’s the rat?”
Stockman gaped, mouth opening and closing but not a word coming out. Leo growled and hurled him against the ground. He spasmed, trying to crawl away, but Leo planted a kick in his ribs to throw him off. He grabbed his squirming ankles and yanked them towards him, and when he was only a few inches away, he leaned into where the fly’s ears should be and screeched, “WHERE’S THE RAT?”
or, the Shredder uses the Brain Worms on Leo, not Raph, and he's a little more creative about it. Based on IDW's City Fall arc.
