Summary
As they begin their journey across the Wasteland, Lucy is very angry and fearful towards the Ghoul, but she wants answers. He, however, is harboring secret feelings for Lucy ever since she saved his life. Having not been with anyone since Barb, and believing she would never feel the same, the bounty hunter has to deal with these feelings on his own. Little does he know, Lucy finds herself having inexplicable feelings for him as well, and struggling to make sense of them.

The bounty hunter turned back to her. “You alright?”
Lucy shook her head. “I don't know… I mean… I should be grateful that I got to grow up in a safe place where people aren't constantly killing each other, but…”
The old wastelander turned away again, then said thoughtfully, “Man wasn’t made to live in a cage. We’re animals. Same as any.”
“Yeah…” She said, her voice soft and forlorn. “I donno… there’s just… so much more out here than I ever imagined… Back in my vault, everything was… regulated, regimented. You were told what to do, what to think, how to feel. Everything was so… controlled… Then, I come up here and it’s…” She shook her head. “It’s violent and chaotic and brutal, but… it’s real.”

Slowly, the man raised his hand to pull at the bandana covering the lower half of his face. “Daryl?”
“You two know each other?” Rick asked. His gun was still raised and aimed at Paul, but his body was starting to relax.
“We should do,” Paul answered, sparing a darting glance back at Rick before locking eyes with Daryl again, looking hesitant, like he didn’t know what to expect. “Considering I’m his husband.”
“You - “ Rick looked at Daryl, bewildered. “You’re married?”
“By accident,” Daryl hurried to state.
“Happy accident,” Paul piped up with feigned cheer. His bright tone was easily belied by the hurt Daryl could see in his eyes. “Although, the fine state of Georgia doesn’t recognise it.”
“Ain’t recognised here, either. Goddamn Virginia,” Daryl grumbled.
“Ah,” Paul grinned, his posture relaxing. “But step a toe over the line into D.C…”

Summary
When the TARDIS took off without warning for the second time in so many years, the Doctor was equal parts excited and terrified to find out what she had in store for him. He wasn't prepared for the distress call, though maybe he should've expected it. What he didn't expect was for the TARDIS to stop working entirely as he tried to rescue the people aboard the crashing spacecraft.
It didn't help that the ship in question was called the SS Bad Wolf, and all that it carried was much more important than the Doctor could have ever imagined.
