They're plain white with plain black text, each displaying the name of a different emotion, and he's supposed to go through them and decide whether he's feeling each thing or not. It's fucking stupid, it makes him feel like a fucking toddler, and worst of all, it fucking works.

He reaches out, taking Sejanus’s face in his hands. And then he’s closing the gap between them, his eyes squeezing shut as he crushes their lips together.

Yesterday, Jeremy struggled to focus on anything other than the hands. Pulling up zippers, fiddling with microphones, signing papers, pointing at tiny screens, pulling him into the most incredible hugs and lingering on his back just for a little longer, a thousand tiny impossibly graceful actions, all the while orchestrating a live game show with the cadence of a seasoned conductor. A maestro. It was incredible to watch. He didn’t know how Ludwig could be so composed, able to put on a production like this at his age with such ease and beauty. At 27, Jeremy was cracking eggs into his friend’s mouth in the shower so they didn’t make a mess of his mother’s kitchen. But Ludwig was different.
